Gloria – Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Gloria. Some of our pieces are available as pre-orders, meaning they are produced or prepared after your order is placed.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve and purchase an item before it becomes available in stock. This helps us produce carefully and maintain the quality of every Gloria piece.

Processing Time

All pre-order items require a production and processing period of approximately 2–6 weeks before shipment. Production times may vary depending on demand.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order may ship together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Possible Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated timelines, unexpected production or shipping delays may occur. If there are significant delays, we will notify customers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be changed.
